My question is what is a MM Technician? is it like the acronym PEBKAC ???

It means they mark the fault call as a higher level so you get a more experienced tech. waste of tinm really as we all have the same training and tools.

Thank you a sensible answer at last. The guy who came checked all the levels which were fine so could not find any fault, but was also going to check the roadside cabinet.

So your all on a level playing field with the same tools :D So not like life then :p:
