It is now, sort of... :dozey:
With retentions I got a Â£36 credit for my current bundle overcharge and if I go ahead with the 100 Mb upgrade in January I have to call them again to sort out the overcharge on that, then I will presumably have to call them every 12 months to get my bill revised....
