The are more people on 10Mb than on any other tier at present, both 10Mb M and 10Mb L customers.

Why should I complain on 10Mb L, 9.8Mb down with 1Mb up.
Don't require anything faster as not a gamer.

10 Mb def. the best consistent package. Just gone back to it from 30Mb and getting full download speed now whereas 30 Mb was hopeless.

according to jb66 the vast majority of your customers are on it, and I would be surprised otherwise seeing as most people price is the most important.

I enquired about dropping down to 10 from 20 and was advised that my bill would go up approx 5.00 because I would lose some of my discount.

Doesn't change my reply .. I'm not a sales guys and I don't speak to customers ..

I officially (as a poster not someone from VM ) apologise for making a mistake about the 10Mb customer base of Virgin Media lol ..
