If an old geezer like you can get 12,000 ;) then a robust (fat), fit (into 38" waist), young (steaming towards 30) lad like me should be well above that :)

I've had wrist ache for a while now due to all the mousing I have been doing, I think I'll order one of these hopefully this week and see if it helps. My arms are puny any way :erm:

what exactly do these things do anyway, do they make your wrist spin at 12000rpm? i watched the video on the site and it just made me... well.... laugh... :erm:

ever tried holding a bicyle wheel, while it is spinning, and trying to move it out of the plane of motion - it is very difficult, the gyroscopic effect resists being 'precessed' - these resist motion in the same way.

Yep.Crimbo 2003.Had to have physio for it. :( so painful I couldn't write on the board or carry any books.Key boarding was hell too. :(
