But could you 'see' your primary account emails using a webmail access to your NTL account before you forwarded?

At the moment I can't see anything on my NTL primary account using mail2web to access it. I'm reluctant to implement forwarding until I can 'see' it there.

No I could see nothing in my primary account, and the e-mails though being forwarded should still be in my primary account. I have had one e-mail since Wednesday, and that was sent Wednesday evening!

only 2 emails today. i normally get 100 spam and 8 real mails. i use different acounts for different uses. but 2 mails that was all. i am sure i have missed some.

will they arrive? or not? :confused:

Wahey! Just received a bona fide email in my ntl inbox. From the lovely webmaster at Cable Forum no less (though I'm now a bit late to reply to that thread comment!!). Is that a light at the end of the tunnel....... or an oncoming train?

Well, it seems they are beginning to dribble through to my primary account.

I'm hoping to move house later this year; I don't think NTL will be getting my business from then onwards, even if it's to a cabled area.

Probably wouldn't do you any good - it would be emailed to you and would dissapear into the NTL email black-hole! :)

I am now getting spam in dribs and drabs, and the odd pukka email from early yesterday and last thing today. Huge black hole in the middle. Could these have been lost altogether?

Always possible I'd say. NTL have admitted losing mails to me before. I too am gettings odds and sods. Better than nothing but if I miss anything important I'm going to be even unhappier with them than I already am (although that's quite hard to imagine at this moment in time). Anyone with internet banking for example, could have lost statements. Ditto order confirmations and queries for online shopping. And NTl still regard email as a fringe benefit of broadband?!!

Could anyonbe on the CF Team elicit a response/explanation/grovelling apolgy from NTL senior management to CF members (stuff that, all NTL customers!)?

a couple of days without email and you want a 'grovelling apology' haha.. what should i ask for for the sound being shagged for the last TWO YEARS.
