This is getting beyond a joke.

My primary account seems to have been well and truly zapped of a whole host of emails sent to me in the past three days. They cannot be accessed by any means.

Now, this morning my primary account will send emails but not receive while my secondary account is doing both quite happily.

What is going on?

I have no faith whatsoever in either ntl's email servers, or ntl's ability to tell the truth about their 'technical problems', so when you asked for a show of hands from those that did not believe ntl, I put mine up. :wavey:

There must still be a huge backlog despite ntl's status report saying they expect it to clear by noon today. I have no emails newer than the evening of the 23rd yet....

Ok, 10.25 and still just the one spam has got through. My Hotmail's nice and active though. Is there anyone from NTL mngmt out there? If so, please can you you tell us WTF IS GOING ON? Is there anyone from NTL Wythenshawe out there? If so, can you let me know where in your building Senior Management hide? I'm contemplating a brief trip around the M60 to test quite how far a cable modem can be inserted up the human rectum. :mad:

Hands up those who believe that ntl couldn't run a reliable email service if their lives depended on it.

ntl's email problems are infamous, & have been ongoing for years now, just when you thought a company couldn't offer a shabbier service, ntl's email servers fall over-a-gain. :rolleyes:

Yeah but proper mail is getting through to the Hotmail account which is forwarding from my ntl account so..... not only is NTL's email delivery useless but the recently introduced anti-spam measures too. Very impressive NTL.

:mad: :mad: I am glad it is not just me, as this was what I was finding, I have not received any emails on my primary account, but my wife is OK. I have forwarded my e-mails from my primary account to a yahoo account, just so I have visability.
