Dead connection RM13

Anyone else lost connection in the Essex area? We've lost connectivity completely and our modem signal levels are a tad strange:

Downstream Receive Power Level: -25.08 dBmv
Downstream SNR: 31.39 dB
Upstream Transmit Power Level: 36.00 dBmv

Checked NTL status and nothing listed for our area, connection was fine up till about 21:00 last night but has been down for some time according to my router logs.
