we currently have the virgin phone and cable broadband and we wanted to to switch our phne service to madasafish who but the bt line in for you.
what i wanted to know is if we can have the bt phone but keep the virgin broadband aswell or is there anything we have to do get vm bb on the bt line?
Certainly you can have VM BB and a BT phone. I have this arrangement myself.
The only difficulty I can foresee is that maybe you are taking advantage of some offer and cancelling the Phone may make your BB charges increase or that you are still in contract and cancelling the phone may incur some penalty. Of course if you do not care about keeping the same number then have two phone lines and simply ride out any contractual obligations you might have.
