Greetings all,
I am receiving intermittent service problems on my 10mb NTL cable line. Download speeds fluctuate widely and I am experiencing lag and timing out connections.
I have tried resetting the modem, another network card, and connecting the modem to my pc instead of through my router, and have checked there is nothing wrong with the network settings on my pc (and my pc is obviously not downloading/uploading)

Anything i should know/check/look up before I contact customer services?
