Hostname changes after upgrade work

Hey all,

After some upgrade work the other night i've noticed some "new" (to me) parts of my hostname, wondering if anyone can shed any light on what it might mean?

jarr-15-b2-v4wan-xxx-xxxxvm8.cable.virginm.net

v4wan = ipv4 related? If so, does this mean ipv6 might be on the way if it's specified in the host?

vm8 = not sure what this could mean, it appears to also be new though

On the other hand i could be reading far too much into this!

Cheers
