No, it must be a sky user; it just shows how antiquated their set top box is
Sorry Sky guys, it was a joke.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Hugh, someone said on this forum yesterday that there was a meeting today and that an announcement was being made TODay.
And secondly, IF we have to wait several weeks for BT Sports to come to the system, l will call Sky on Aug 1ist and switch over. VM must learn that WE the CUSTOMER, should be treated with care. There are lots of customers out there are fed up to the back teeth at the way VM treats its customers.
There is no information on any channels coming, Media Boy does his very best to update us all. BUT no information from VM.
Sky and BT has been blowing each others brains out to get customers to switch over, and what has VM doen - NOTHING. If l was running a company, l would have salesman everyday trying to get customers to sign up.
This is not a moan, but l feel that VM don't do enough to satisfy the customer, who at the end of the day pay money for a service, which they are not getting.
Part of my job is customer care and service, and each day l call between 20/30 people to find out what they think of the company l work for. Its a good job its not VM.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Really cannot see what VM have done wrong here. MB tries to give us advance info but that is not VM's job. Getting a bit tired of suggestions that Vm has done nothing for customers which is just wrong wrong wrong.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Glad youve had a better experience. They communicate to me that I can get their services in a letter every other week through my post box despite me having been with them for I don't know how long. But they don't talk to me about the things I'm interested in.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Those are leaflet mailshots not main communication.. we get those from Sky VM Talk Talk etc etc and they are designed to make hits on new customers. They are not targeted as that costs more...

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Do you know how much crap from Sky, BT, Talk Talk l get through my door each day. O l get crap from VM, buts that a leaflet saying how they great are at BB and Tv, it goes straight in the bin, and then on a Sunday the papers are full of the stuff.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Sky sports have now dropped the "HD" bit from there adverts
For example the adverts use to have Ford super Sunday from 1pm on Sky Sports 1HD
Now the adverts are just saying on Sky Sports
