Over cooking that lovely meat, if the steak doesn't bray when you stick the fork in it's overdone. (I've had someone move away from me at a meal because they couldn't watch me eat blue steak.) But rump is a good steak, feather is nice too.

Baked lamb chops with potatoes and tomatoes (pots in small cubes so cooked with lamb still pink). Chickpea mash and pickled onions and veg options

African beef stew and rice - really nice, a bit spicy. We modified the recipe reducing salt and tomato puree. We will use the rest later with fufu.
