General : Virgin Media New Traffic Management Again

Interesting, I wonder if this will fix the issue with 100Meg tier getting throttled to 47Mbit (Might start downloading more porn!).

Reporting them to the ASA is pointless as they're not breaching any advertising laws. Virgin's advertising barely mentions upload speeds, which is why they were able to reduce by 75% without the ASA telling them off (like they did when download STM was 50%).

My 100Mbit connection is now getting STM'd to ~57Mbit. It's not quite as bad as the ~47Mbit they WERE STMing us to, but it's not 60% of the 100Mbit we should be getting, and it's not 60% of the ~105Mbit we get in reality.

I'm about to get STM'd on the upload too, so I'll report back on how much I get STM'd by. Unfortunately there's a delay between doing xGB and actually being STM'd so I've no way of telling if the amount has changed.
