Star Trek: Strange New Worlds
I saw this on the official Star Trek site earlier. I was very happy to hear the news as I think this will become the Best Trek show around for a while. As although they will still have to stick with canon a bit most of Pike's run as Captain is unknown so they will have a bit more freedom for stories

Re: Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
Wasn't this already confirmed or was it planned? I read about it earlier but I could of sworn it was confirmed. i must be mistaken though.
Excellent news though, I enjoyed their characters and it'll be good to see them again.

Re: Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
No it was heavily requested by fans and I think they said it wouldn't happen.

Re: Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
Best news I’ve heard in ages. Very much looking forward to it. Now I wonder whether Netflix will secure the global rights this time or if they’ll let Amazon poach it from under their noses again.
