No l go on a diet at the start of every year but the trouble is they only last for a day or two as l like my food too much Tinky.

 Only 15 days till we fly off to the sun Den, I don't think I could shift a shed load of weight in that short time. Maybe I should just content myself with being as I am.

Diets generally fail for the vast majority of people and within a short period of time any weight lost soon goes back on and more besides.
