Leaving Virgin Media Email Issue

Hi,

I left Virgin and they told me my email account would be ceased after 90 days. It is now over a year ago and my 2 email accounts are still active. I have asked Virgin to discontinue them but they fob me off saying "Don't worry they will get switched off in time".

Meantime I still have to check these email addresses every day as I still get emails to the old account. I can't login to Virgin and do anything as I am no longer a customer. Anyone any ideas how to get these accounts disconnected?

If you have gmail you can get that to suck emails from other boxes, so you then only check gmail, mails to VM accounts can then appear in a single list with other emails.

Other mail providers could have something similar.

If you can't access the emails then you need to get the sender to update your details.
