By that time, I won't care - I will be full of the Christmas Spirit....
Seriously, though, I have been stocking up for the last few months, so have stashed away 30 bottles of various red wines, 36 white (mainly Chablis & Sancerre), 24 bottles of fizz ,and various Dessert wines, Sherries, Single Malts, Cognacs, Ports, Gins, Vodkas - I will stock up on beer next weekend.
We have 10 people staying for Christmas dinner, so important not to run out...

l can seriously understand this as when we were younger there was 12 of us at Christmas and my late stepmum would have to serve 6 of us first for Christmas dinner and then the other six and then once that was all over then we would go into the second frontroom which had a bar built in and that was fully stocked.
