The tweet reported in the link has at least THREE occurrences of "will be". That is FACT.
As the vote hasn't taken place yet, how could it be treated as a statement of fact? Just as if I said it was going to be sunny tomorrow, that can't be a statement of fact that has to be proved or disproved.

US President Donald Trump will sign an executive order targeting social media firms, the White House has said.
It comes after he threatened to shut down social media platforms he accused of stifling conservative voices.
The latest dispute emerged after Twitter added fact-check links to his tweets for the first time.
The order's details have not been shared and it is unclear what regulatory steps the president can take without new laws passed by Congress.

So the tweet says something bad will definitely happen without any evidence and previous circumstances suggest it will not. It's absolutely correct to challenge this.
If someone tweeted today that There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that tomorrow in Birmingham the weather will be anything less than a hurricane - I would definitely challenge this as well.

It still would be an opinion, not something that could be disproved.
There is more than enough evidence of rigged postal voting in the UK and the US. When you make it wholesale postal voting, as is the plan, that increases the scope for rigging the vote. That is all undeniable.
Just because there is little evidence of something, doesn't mean it isn't happening on a massive scale. You can't possibly check millions of voters AFTER the vote, to check that their vote was valid. If somebody attempts or commits fraud on your bank account, you would only notice AFTER the event. People don't see AFTER the vote, how their voted was counted.
In the big Birmingham warehouse case in the UK, if witnesses hadn't spotted them carrying large bags from their campaign offices, the police wouldn't have raided the warehouse, and nobody would have been the wiser. Unless somebody notices something odd, it goes unnoticed. Eg Dr Harold Shipman was responsible for more than 250 murders before anybody took notice. If he hadn't carried out those actions which brought attention, he would've been able to continue. When a crime is unnoticeable, it can easily be gotten away with, and all without proof it ever happened.

Re: Trump gets fact checked
I do wonder how many of you would slightly get pissed off if I started editing certain posts and actually adding fact checking with an exclamation mark, directly in to your posts.
You’d surely get pissed off and be up in arms about it.
The idea is, people engage by replying to what’s been said, Trump gets challenged hundreds of thousands of times a day on his tweets by the platforms user base , and that should be fine. But Twitter is acting like the thought police here. It’s not what it was set up for.
Same applies to forums. I’ve lost count how many times someone’s post has been reported because, some didn’t agree with it.

It's up to the person making a controversial statement of fact to prove it. The tweet in question doesn't. And you've not cited any recent large-scale evidence of vote-rigging in the US, you've instead focused on a city in the UK from an election that took place 16 years ago.

The difference with that would be that Twitter isn't an equal communication platform so the replies to a Tweet does not get the same exposure as the original Tweet. It's why they also clamp down on anti-vaccine and other such statements.
I think Twitter has made a rod for their own backs with this though, it's going to become really hard to judge more contestable claims.

Personally, I don't care if someone wants to do that my posts. makes no odds to me whatsoever.
Quite agree (this is becoming far too common ) that the idea is engagement. But Trump as POTUS has a responsibility to consider what he is posting. he has approx 80m followers? Not everything he says is well thought out and a degree of his followers will no doubt take everything he says as gospel. (As will many other people who follow god knows whoever)
Twitters platform is theirs and they can do as they please, Just as you can with CF

Twitter are damned if they do and damned if they don't on this one. It's a case of how well they do it and they will need to be transparent about this.

I thought I saw Trumps name on a loaf of bread, but it said "Thick Cut"

Re: Trump gets fact checked
Twitter and other social media work across borders. They can always move base to anywhere that Trump can't reach.

Quote:
A ruling that emerged from a powerful federal appeals court in Washington on Wednesday morning is strong evidence that the courts are unlikely to be receptive to President Donald Trump’s claims that he and his political supporters are being silenced by social media platforms like Twitter.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit resoundingly rejected a lawsuit the conservative legal organization Freedom Watch and right-wing provocateur Laura Loomer filed in 2018 against four major technology companies: Google, Facebook, Twitter and Apple.
Facebook, Twitter and other platforms have banned Loomer, citing anti-Muslim statements.
The unanimous court decision from a three-judge panel runs to only four pages, but is dismissive of a wide range of legal claims some conservatives and liberals have leveled at social media firms in recent months.
The appeals court judges said that, despite the companies’ power, they cannot violate the First Amendment because it regulates only governments, not the private sector.
“Freedom Watch’s First Amendment claim fails because it does not adequately allege that the Platforms can violate the First Amendment. In general, the First Amendment ‘prohibits only governmental abridgment of speech,'” the court said

His tweets are getting worse though. Today he retweeted someone saying the "The only good Democrat is a dead Democrat": https://www.cbsnews.com/news/preside...dead-democrat/
