Broadband issues

Hi,
Anyone else from the Brighton area having issues with Broadand?? last 10 days I've had consistant drop out for long periods of time my neighbours have also experianced the same, quite often no strange lights on Hub3 or V6 box but internet pages won't load etc.....

VM page says no issues, VM CS says we can't see any issues but there is major issues

Tried a reboot on the Hub ? That is off completely wait for a minute and then plug in
