Broadband Service

Some here will be aware I left ntl in April and now have no connection to the company other than being a customer.

I just wanted to say that I *still* think the products I am supplied with are superb. I have got a braodband service (2mb) that never, ever lets me down (bar the odd proxy issue but that's no big deal), and a TV service (One Pace and one Samsung box) that is near perfect in reliability.

It's easy for me to take it for granted as it's always just "there" but it's damn good and it never fails.

Just the positive side of the coin really. ntl were not always the finest employers in the land, (though at the time I left I was, ironically, happier there than I'd ever been), but I wouldn't be without their products as a consumer.

Re: Broadband Service

Well said sir.

I think too many people base the judgements on the company because 99% of the discussions here are about problems, this amount represents such a minute amount of people, its nowhere near reflective.

Most who are satisified with the service aren't going to come and say so, because its just what they expect.

I'm 100% pleased with my bb, it does a ronseal job.
So does the phone..it works.
TV? Give me HDTV and I couldn't give a crap about sky, the only gripe with ntl; red button stuff? Unless its more related video content, voting for stuff....I've got better stuff to be doing in my time then looking at an updated teletext. Besides, its just trying to emulate a crappy intranet.
