Re: What are you eating now thread?
Just been to a local pub that’s re-opened for Sunday lunches (New Inn, Eccup) - has a lovely Barnsley Chop with roasties, Yorkshire Pudding, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & parsnips that had been caramelised on a griddle, washed down with a pint of Black Sheep.
Yum!!!

right now, nothing. but recently started on a high-calorie diet for a new lifting routine i'm doing. it kind of sucks, because i have to force feed myself in order to get the numbers. i'm not that into food anyway, so it's especially annoying!

I've got a modified cheese and onion soup based on a Deliah recipe (from One is Fun).
Onions cooked in butter, bacon, milk, cream, lots of cheese, sweetcorn.
Not so good for your circulatory system though.

Re: What are you eating now thread?
Just prepped the ingredients for a pea & asparagus risotto, which I’ll cook after we put our grandson to bed at 6:30 (he is staying one night and the following day a week, now his mum has gone back to work).
