Very poor Customer Service
Today at approx. 9.30am l was woken up (after doing night shift) by a noisy living room with my wife, and sons.
Going down stairs, l could hear quite clearly a VM CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT ranting at my wife and family individuals.
My son was trying to find out why the signal was so poopr, and the quality was so bad.
I live in the TW area of Middlesex
Each time my son was trying to speak with someone, you could clearly hear the CS agent ranting down the phone at my son.
This is quite clearly appalling from VM services.
Does anyone on this forum have an email address for any directors of the company, that l can send an email.
We got the agents name. And l wont stand for appalling service towards my wife or family.
If you pay for a service, then you expect a good service. Yes, you get hick ups. But if l spoke with a member of the public in the manner that l heard. You would get fired.
My son has a contract phone. I have Vodaphone, and have no problem whatsoever.
