Sim only help

Can somebody help please

When getting a VIP plus sim only after the 30 days can you change to lower tariff then after 30 days go back again and keep changing?

Also looking at £5 sim for daughter, can you cap so no more calls or internet can be used after inc allowance?

Thanks

Re: Sim only help

You can change the bundle but be aware it may not change until the next refresh date.
You cannot cap anything whether thats allowances or balance. the minimum credit limit is £50 and thats for Virgin Medias business use not for customers so wouldn't rely on it. You'd just need to teach her to call 789 and be aware of her allowances. You can also get an app on the phone for her to check or you can create an online account to keep an eye on it but i think it may have a slight delay.
