Account Suspension- Re activation?
my account was suspended, but was apparntly re-activated last friday, however, when i phone the customer services to get some broadband help, The say my line is still suspended, despite the fact my Telephone and TV and internet package was re activated by NTL whislt i was on the phone to them!
My tv and phone are working fully,so whats the promblem with the Broadband?
can any1 help?
