Slow cooked pot roast beef (4 hours) Roast potatoes and parsnips. Carrots and sprouts. Giant Yorkies, creamed horseradish sauce and gravy from the stock.

Roast pheasant, roasted new potatoes, veg etc.
Shame the shooting season has been hit so badly. Can't get much more distant than shooting as long as you don't include drinkies. And like other "food" production you can't just park it until later.
