Sky Sports+ is a new sports channel from Sky. It was show various sports events and have documentaries etc. It will have a linear channel also also lots of streaming and other options on the Sky sports app.

Info on VM seems a bit light just now. Channel launches in August but from what I can see some of the streamed stuff may not work or be available on old boxes including the V6. VM still to confirm full details.

If you have issues with subscription and your remote I'd call VM.

Most cases of "freezing remote" aren't really the remote at all. They are the box.

If the box has physical buttons, you can use these to work out if the problem is the remote or the box.

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

This is another potential solution

As a last ditch attempt before calling Sky for replacement, I decided to remove the batteries and leave the remote to "completely discharge" for at least 24 hours.

Not sure why but after 2 days away, I've replaced the batteries and remote is now working again as expected.

Would propose that others try this to see if it works for them.

And, as always, try re-booting the Sky stream box by switching it off at the wall, leave it off for a minute, then switch it back on.

It means 2 new TiVo 360 boxes, a new SH I guess, and a new phone number.


I just hop that they will transfer the emails for my dads account to mine, the guy said they could.
