Does anyone know if it is possible to record programmes that are recoreded via Sky+ to be recorded onto a third party disc etc.

I am sure this has been asked before but cant find anything ?

There is an option in the Sky+ planner to set programs to be played one after another to be backed up to a video or DVD recorder.

I don't think you can do it with anything recorded from the movie channels.

You need to hook it up via scart to a DVD Recorder or VHS to record the programs of the Sky+

This can onlt happen in real time (i.e. takes 2 hours to record 2 hours of programs)

Some things you have recorded will be protected and you can not copy

regular movies, for example off any channels bar Box office, you can record (all the box office stuff is broadcast in macrovision, and is copy protected).
