I don't see any false advertising there.

However, it wouldn't be a bad idea for them to point out that your equipment also needs to be fast enough, to avoid some unnecessary fault calls.

The email also states:


M50 Fibre Broadband (average download speed at peak 54Mbps) now M100 Fibre Broadband (average download speed 108Mbps). Speeds refer to download speeds unless stated otherwise. Speed assumes equipment is at optimum speed & capacity. External factors may impact speed. Home environment, device limitations, number of users and time of day may affect WiFi performance.
