Can you not go out for exercise or does a health issue stop you?

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
I've had to put watching Supergirl on hold as it came back with part 1 of Crisis on Infinite Earths, the other parts spread over Batwoman, The Arrow, The Flash & Legends of Tomorrow.
All are Sky One in order, except Batwoman which is E4, the part 2 episode should be on tonight but E4 has skipped the poxy episode.
So I'm very peed off.
I know might just ignore this episode and series and watch Supergirl Pt 1 and forget pt 2.

Just install the CinemaHD app on an android device(firestick i use it on) and you can watch what you want when.
No harm trying it out it only takes 5mins.

I feel your pain. I had an op a while back, then my shoulder froze up the next day. Then turned into Parsonage Turner syndrome on top with nerve damage. Cause is still unknown. 6 years on after being in hospital due to pain, then years on morphine and other horrible pain killers, and because of severe muscular atrophy (see pic) and nerve damage I've now lost about 80% use of my right arm. On top of everything else as you know.
Keep using ice pack or heat pads, maybe look into a TENs machine as they can help. Hopefully it'll thaw out soon enough.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
OK, as the answer to my post will most probably attract a moan/hate response thought I would post my question here.
I have been very stressed these last couple of months and when I'm stressed I tend to look for things to distract me. Run through all my normal activities, re-read all my favourite books, my house is spotless and weeds are now to afraid to grow.
So for the last couple of days I have been looking for something to do. One or two things in our sitting room have been moved about, ornaments rearranged and plants repotted but the more I fiddled with the small things the more I wanted to rearrange the furniture.
Spent most of yesterday convincing John that it wasn't just a whim.
This morning we have spent nearly 3 hours hefting large pieces of furniture around the room to their new positions. John is knackered.
So to my question. How long must I leave it before I break it to him that I hate how it looks and want to put everything back? I've already ordered a large bottle of his favourite Whiskey.

The fact is he's expecting to put it all back we men know it's how the world works.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
I can understand all that is happening, We are going round the bend chopping and changing to stop the boredom, On another note, I have a frozen shoulder and I have started to do some excercise for it, I just hope the pain eases off each time ,as it is really painful just now !

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
I had that a year or so ago. One exercise that you can do in bed is lying on one side and raising the arm as far as you can and then lower. Repeat. Took me a month to get some sort of normal mobility back. Even now there's the odd twinge.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
Guess this should be on the happy thread, though John would certainly disagree.
I told him I hated the changes (see my earlier post ) and he banished me to the garden whilst he moved everything back. Being deaf he doesn't realise how loud he talks at times so his very loud comments about 'bloody women' were heard by several neighbours.
Haven't got the nerve to tell him that he forgot to replace the large area rug. Guess I will leave that for after his Whiskey arrives.
Love him to bits.

gentle <<hugs>> nash.
I ended up having steroid injections into my shoulder which reduced the pain and enabled me to have physiotherapy. Must be 5/6 years ago now and I still get the odd twinge.
