I have paper less billing so were can iI find my Acunt number

Last time I rang Virgin and got through to their offshore call centre to find out my account number I was told:

"Yes Sir, I can certainly help you with that. What is your account number please"!!

I'd have got more sense ringing Tesco about it.

Getting any sense and virgin off shore call centre are two phases that simple do not go together

Indeed. I once asked them to ring my landline after we'd finished the call to check it was ringing at my end.

"One moment Sir......That line is engaged"!!! You couldn't make it up.
