Server refused to send e-mail

Hi All. This happened to me a few times today, not ever happened before--

The connection to remote server md.tb.ukmail.iss.local was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.

Half Dozen times this happened. Any ideas as to why. ?
Thanks.

Re: Server refused to send e-mail

It could be a issue their end, or a fault your end.

Try a reboot.
