Cheers - yeah this will be the furthest I'll run for a few weeks now. Generally speaking if you can attain 10 miles for 2 or 3 weeks then you'll be able to manage the half marathon distance so I'll stick at 10 until the week before the date, drop it down a bit and be ready for the big day

Apparently I'm now 13st - so ssy the hospital. Yay..... Although they are now telling me off for loosing weight too quickly

I always find hospital balances always weigh heavy. They never get calibrated. But congrats in losing weight. How did you get on with your hospital (kidney) appointment?
My happy thought today I'm going to give my wife some wood....

Works going well for me, i got a 15% bonus this year and the option to put around 50% of it in a bonus share incentive scheme, where every share i buy i get 1 free.
