So I have the VM full house bundle with 200mb BB for about £69 a month. Last month they offered an upgrade online for an extra £12 a month for 350mb BB and talk international.

This month has to be the biggest joke ever.

When it comes to upgrade offers, every telecom company is usually the same - if you don't get through to their retention department, it offers you nothing. With Sky it is not even a case of bothering to threaten that you are leaving, just ask for retention and they will re-up you with a better deal.

With 02, they now are pestering for you to take the offer to assure that you are not going to port so they offer their second and third line discounts.

With Netflix they send extra "free trial month to rejoin" if I am not with them. (Having been before - which was free through a 24 month contract with vodafone).

Pretty much every automated / online page is useless for upgrades, it is when you get through to a person that they start begging for your custom.

Full house offered at£109.80 really !!!!! Out of contract with fun bundle. Perhaps just move to Freeview.
