Now that the standalone 500mb is available how do u go about upgrading to it?
I think that is weird as well. It says it is available to me online but it doesnt offer it as an upgrade option when I look at my package. I hate the faff of having to ring up but I would do so if I wanted it. Luckily I am not interested in 500mbits, I am waiting for 1gbit to become available.

Hon hon hon, mon General. Been on 1Gb/s for 8 months now and I really appreciate the 50 meg upstream.
