Bitdefender Exemptions list
I'm a bit old school and still use Screensavers and decided to add a few old ones from windows 95/98 days to the PC.
Now they all worked apart from Starfield.
When adding it my Antivirus goes nuts and cleans it. I've added it to the exclusion list and still it does the same.
Anyone have any ideas what I can do?
Thanks.

Re: Bitdefender Exemptions list
BitDefender has a component called Advanced Threat Defense that checks behaviours beyond that of the normal AV. The Theory behind it is to stop threats that have not already been added to the AV. It could well be that.

Yes when it runs. It thinks how it works is suspect. You can add exemptions in the settings of the function. Just make sure all 3 options are set

did you make sure the Advanced threat detect option in exclusions was on? (I know it is not very intuitive how it is laid out when you have to select on so the scan for that file is off hahaha)
