Cannot Veiw Virgin media bill

I can access all internet site and most of virgin website pages, however when I try to view my Bill, all I get is a blank page. I have spent quite a long time on the telephone to Virgin Media, but all I get is it 'seems to be a problem our end.

I can get the total amount, but when when you click 'View my bill' al you get is a blank page.

Anyone else had the same problem, if so how did you fix it.

I have tried EDGE- Googlee.com-Microsoft Explorer and logging into my Virgin Media mail account. No Difference.

The browser will have downloaded it. Click on viewing the downloads and select the file. Adobe app should open it.

The browsers have settings as to what happens with documents. Pdf documents can be displayed in the browser, if the browser has Adobe Acrobat plugin installed and enabled.
