Indeed.

My area of expertise isn't PR but we are doing this because within your contract we are allowed to, so tough and be happy, proles doesn't sound like a savvy marketing campaign to me.

Yeah that was the case, but there was no pathway to change once the upgrade had happened. Or maybe the upgrade happened at a point when all the packages changed. But there ended up being multiple versions of the same package.
