No sound
Hi. We only got Virgin TV yesterday and this morning when I’ve switched the TV on there doesn’t seem to be any sound. Now I’ve tried the usual things but if anyone can help me I’d really appreciate it. thanks in advance.

Re: No sound
Try this: Switch both tv and the virgin box off - wait 20 seconds - then turn tv on and switch to VM box - then switch on VM box.

Re: No sound
Thankyou so much. It worked. But I’m sure you knew that already.

Re: No sound
It is often best to switch on the tv first and give it a few seconds before switching on the VM box.

Re: No sound
...or don’t turn off the Virgin box in the first place!
