Fantastic, that is what it should be like fir everyone first time round. They wont collect the boxes, you need to take them to your local tip for recycling.

I'm pretty sure that VM are currently collecting the 500GB TiVo boxes again.
It should be made clear in the box that new V6 comes in VM want the old TiVo box back.

They took both my old boxes away when I had my V6 boxes installed.

Ive still got my old Superhub 2 and VHD box so I will hang onto them and my Tivo for a year and if I don't hear from them I will dispose of them responsibly.
