Hub4 poor performance after a few hours uptime

So, my service has only been active since yesterday, but I'm already noticing weirdness with the hub4.

Once it's been up for approx 6 hours, it starts dropping ICMP pings, and pings to everywhere else get really unstable.

Stats here

The red line on the top graph is the loss, and the graph below is showing that all that loss is to the SH.

The statistics fetch time (loaded from this page) also goes way up.

Is this Puma chipset issues?

I have access to the same stats from several other SH4s, both on HFC and RFoG, and while they have some issues (such as failing to show statistics after a few days) none display this behaviour.

As you can see from the 24 hour graph, this behaviour goes away when the SH4 is rebooted.

Dropping ICMP pings is obviously not correct behaviour, but I'm more concerned with how the other pings become more unstable when it does this.

On the other hand, I don't really fancy trying to explain all this to VM over the phone.

Anyone seen similar, or have any suggestions? (I know some VM staffers are on this board!)

Yeah, like I say I have access to monitoring on some other Hub4s, both on HFC and RFoG (I'm HFC) and not seeing it with others.

My power levels were really high tho, link, so I just added a 6dB attenuator.

Now they look much better, although maybe still high, not sure what the SH4 likes. link

Yup, this is why I'm posting, I'm aware other hub4s are fine, I have access to monitoring on some others.

My issue is with what mine is doing, and it's definitely the hub4, rebooting other devices etc, turning off IPS, various other steps, have done nothing, while rebooting the hub4 makes the issue go away for a few hours.
