New Harry Potter. Disappointed missed loads of the action from the books and left us with an insite to teenage emotions . Prisoner of Azkban Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix all seem to be leading to a powerful climax but this pah

I avoided this film for ages due to the critics basicly calling it the blairzilla project. Had to be forced to watch it by a friend in the end but really enjoyed it when I did.

Watched Blood- The last Vampire recently, not bad for a live action manga, 8/10 from me. Must now try to find the original 2000 manga version of it to watch

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince 7/10
I did really enjoy it and yes many sub plots were missing, but as this like many other films is only 'based' on the book then they did a good job of keeping the best and important parts. It was still a 2.5 hour movie so keeping anything ese would have been too much.

The Day After Tomorrow
DEVASTATION!/10
After the crappy Godzilla & Patriot, Roland Emmerich returned to do another big-budget disaster movie a la ID4, this time featuring Mother Nature laying waste to civilisation, rather than aliens in gigantic saucer ships.
Nonsense of course, but enjoyable nonsense with spectacular scenes of destruction across the globe.

Is that the one with Dennis Quaid?
I took hubby to see that and at the end I asked what he though of it.
His answer? Ermm there wasn't much action!
It's a film about nature !!!
I however, loved it.

Yeah, Dennis Quaid, Jake "Donnie Darko" Gyllenhaal, & some people I recognise but can't name.
I loved it too

Bruno
6/10
Much prefer the series and the old style looking Bruno. Too much of the film was obviously set up.

HP6 - 8/10
Quie a few sections of the book missing but not really that essential for the storyline. Some people might be disappointed as it doesn't follow true to the earlier films but you have to remember that this book was the transition between Harry being awkward schoolboy and the Wizard who has to fight the final battle. Can't wait for the two HP7 films

East in East - 5/10
Saw it at school, quite funny but also quite boring.

re: Rate the last movie you saw
Saw V - hmm, I do really like the Saw franchise, but I do find I need to watch them a couple of times to pick everything up! At least the 2nd time I know when to look away from all the gore, which there wasn't that many scenes of but when there was.. eew! 7/10
