Virgin Media down accross the country.
Anyone else here been affected? They're impossible to get through to.

I went to Thinkbroadband to check the graph as that shows if VM went down.
But VM changed my IP address on the 2nd of March!!

No issues here - never have a problem contacting them either. Longest wait for a long time is about 10 minutes.

It been perfect here in Warrington all day
The minuet there is a glitch the complainers will start. funny that a quote is Across the country yet it was NOT across the country

Alright, across the UK then.
People are bound (and entitled to) complain because they are paying a lot of money for a service they aren't getting.
You always seem to try and defend any problems that are encountered because you work for them. I get that they are your bread & butter, but other VM employees on here tend to keep a more neutral stance.
