I added it to the remainder of our contract (14 months) for free a few weeks ago, just used live chat to argue why a customer who's had their services for near on 20 years has to pay £6 where as a new customers gets it free. Took about 10 mins and we now have a £6 credit on our bill for the next 14 months.

I've only got it for the football really when it's available.

I now had the 360 box conversion a week now with the uhd sky movies and watched a few movies in uhd and I can say that the quality of the movies for me are a HD at the best compared with virgin channel 999 and bt ultimate I think I have a good set up what does anyone else say about the Sky Movies UHD?

There is a definite difference between the 2 but the lack of HDR on the service is disappointing.

Make sure you are selecting the film from the Sky Cinema UHD and Sky UHD channels as it’s easily missed.

the ones complaining about the quality of the UHD on the 360 conversion have you checked the video setting i remember when i did mine had to change setting to 4k quality looks very good indeed to me

As the picture quality on channel 999 and 531 bt sport ultimate are excellent I guess the settings are correct

Yes it's was set as standard I did look at the setting when I installed the 360 update

Hmm... If you have a 4K TV, Automatic should select 4K. Would you mind putting it back to Automatic, and see if you can get the TV to say what resolution it is receiving. Also please let me know the TV model number.

yes it still shows as 2160p on automatic tv is LG 43UK6470PLC
