How to solve epson error 0x97

I have been facing a serious issue with my printer. It completely stops printing and showing error code 0x97. It occurs all of a sudden with no early sign or signal. I have tried several methods to fix this epson error 0x97 but was not able to solve it. I am looking for a concrete solution.

Re: How to solve epson error 0x97

You could always check the Epson website to see if they have a support forum for your printer, or you could simply search(eg Google) for Epson error 97, and see what appears.

Re: How to solve epson error 0x97

I know it's not what you want to hear but buy a completely different brand of printer..after 5 different Epsons I changed and I have had no issues since I bought my Brother printer 2 years ago. With the Epsons there was an issue all the time.

Print heads need cleaning. If that doesn't work replace printer.
