Help with Picture messaging.

Hello everyone,

I have a samsung e250 my girlfriend sent me a picture message to my phone i recieved it and it had the options retrieve so i clicked on that then it went back to the message inbox screen and a g came up at the top it was red and sometimes even blue and a little multimedia icon would be next to it flashing red and blue then it stops and does it again.

Can anyone help me

ur mms, settings need setting up properly get urg.f service provider , 02, vodafone, etc to send them to her fone, all will be sorted after that

cheers mate gave virgin a ring anywya didnt know they open at this time lmao but he said i need credit to retrieve mms since it was my 1st one but they dont take themoney but needs it on there to get it

k i just done ur settings but the guy on the phone said u need at least £1.40 something to recieve but it dont take money off like i got no credit buti got the pic msg but cant retrieve it the guy said my mms isnt activated

well thats the very first time since owning a mobile that ive heard u have to have credit on ya mobile to recieve a mms. i dont know then mate, other than going into the store.

Have a word with BenMcr on here, he might be able to shed some light on the situation

Just got off the phone with them now they said the main common straight forward reasons would be either my mms settings or I havent got credit i need something like £1.41 on my phone to be able download the picture to access the gprs but it wouldnt take any money but in order to get everything activated id have to send a picture message first.

So gonna top up £5 soon and we wil see
