French bread (ok English really from Waitrose) filled with hot chicken, cherry tomatoes, a little bit of mayo and a light dusting of salt.......about to be served up to me by the other half.
(My side of the deal of him doing the late lunch is I have to clear up after him.....bad times )

Well I doubt he left much of a mess, maybe 4 or 5 plates and various knives dotted around for good measure plus the bits of crustand other bits he could not see with being male.
I quite often hear similar things from SWMBO whenever I make something, I mean why all the fuss at least you got fed.

I will (hopefully) shortly be having:
Vinegared scallops with bacon and ginger, followed by sweet ginger chicken with spring onions, and egg fried rice.
If all that goes pear-shaped then I'll probably end up with pizza.....
