Woke up Saturday morning with my daughter saying she couldn't get access to youtube and found the Superhub 2AC has a flashing first light (tick).
Ran a server status on my mobile and it said no broadband issues, but the self test said my equipment was switched off??
Phoned virgin (India) and they ran the usual checks without joy and have arranged an engineer for Tuesday
The service status still says 'No Issues'? Is this usual or has the fault not been logged correctly?
