12 yo Strathisla Speyside Malt.
Sat on hotel room balcony, overlooking the pool, and just beyond, the Red Sea.

Far too early in the year for Egypt, unless you got another 2 or 3 holidays planned, never too early for the malt tho

Not really, not even got a cellar. There's a tricky bit in the back of the garage though.

Wow, hope we're getting an invitation to the wedding.

Re: The what are you drinking now thread
This morning I made a really nice smoothie from a whole apple, handful of strawberries, 2 small bananas, some plain yoghurt, a whole carrot and a handful of ice cubes. I must say it was fabulous!
The wife's always making smoothies combining various things like celery, spinach, root ginger, carrot, beetroot etc. with all sorts of fruit.
If anyone hasn't tried this already, get some ripe bananas, peel them and freeze them in a plastic bag and then blend them (using a suitably robust blender) and you're left with what tastes like the best banana ice cream ever. Other frozen fruits can be used and adding plain yoghurt also works well too to produce a much healthier treat for the kids than shop bought ice cream.
