Some upgrade?
Ten days ago VM advised us that our services would be interrupted due to 'improvements' taking place. Since then our BB has gone down more times in the past week than it has in the past 12 months. Been woeful for past three days.

Re: Some upgrade?
Our BB and TV went off for 30 minutes, then another 40 minutes earlier today A message on 150 told me that "improvements" are being made in our area.

Re: Some upgrade?
Several locals wrote on a local FB page that their wifi had been "switched off" after the "improvements" work. I checked and saw that ours was operational. But when I saw red lights on the V6 I realised ours had hit the same snag. A reboot of the hub solved that.

Re: Some upgrade?
Was down in London E17 today from 10.45 to just after 3pm
Could only get it back up after a FULL reset via the pinhole on the SH3
