Phone apps not working via Wifi

Hello Everyone

Its been a long time.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 512GB on EE.we also have Sky Fibre. My apps and notifications work fine on 4G/LTE, but as soon as I connect to WiFi....... nothing. Ipads and sky boxes are hit and miss, but even when everything else is fine, my phone will still play up and not play ball

Any thoughts?

Try forgetting the wifi the phone connects to and reconnect.

Re: Phone apps not working via Wifi

It could be your ISP blocking something, try using Google DNS on your phone change the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 or search on Google for "Google DNS"

Re: Phone apps not working via Wifi

Is Sky Broadband Shield switched on?
Try turning it off from your My Sky account.

Do you have Sky Broadband Boost?
Change the settings for your devices in the "Buddy" app.
